About our speaker
Paul works as a mentor, advisory board member and angel investor with clever clean energy companies that accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy and help combat climate change. He takes an active role with teams that he works with, focused on business strategy, raising capital, sales strategy and execution, and alliance strategy and execution. He has mentored teams on CSIRO’s ON Program, EnergyLab and other accelerators since 2016.
Previously Paul has been a co-founder and on the management team of three start-up / early stage tech businesses which have successfully scaled and/or exited.
Mick Liubinskas is a technology builder, investor, author, and industry leader. He is focused on supporting, growing and investing in climate-related technology to help the world get to net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Co-founder of Pollenizer, muru-D and Wooboard. Co-founding investor of Startmate and Spreets sold to Yahoo for ~$40m in 13 months. He also loves being a dad, surfing, playing football (the round ball variety) and singing bad karaoke.
Tuan Lam is an entrepreneur, advisor and matchmaker helping startups, corporates and investors navigate the opportunities and challenges to combat climate change and its impacts, using disruptive technologies and innovative business models.
He is the Clean Energy & CleanTech Program Director at Brinc, the fastest growing global impact venture accelerator with 12 programs across the globe supporting start-ups in developing and scaling game-changing ideas with funding, mentorship, and global network access.
With a background in technology and business transformation, his 20+ year career expands over several industries including Energy Utilities, Financial Services, and Consumer Goods & Services.
Prior to joining Brinc in Australia, Tuan worked in Europe and Asia in numerous innovation capacities, as an entrepreneur, consulting principal at Ernst&Young and SAP, and as a global business transformation lead for Nestle.
